A. No, you do not have to sign a contract that commits you to longer than our daily drop in rate. However, we do offer packages (10 or 20 classes) and monthly (individual, joint, and family) membership types. If you’d like to take advantage of a larger discount you can sign up for a year. Our package, monthly and yearly memberships are UNLIMITED!
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Simply give us a 30 day written notice you wish to stop and we will cancel any recurring payment(s) you’ve agreed to.
Q. How many classes do you offer each day and what types of classes are offered?
A. We offer 11 different types of exercise programs (classes). Check our web site to see all the great class choices you have throughout the day and week.

Are any of your workouts safe for me?
A. We will abide by any referral, recommendation or prescription you have from your healthcare provider. There are many programs that are low impact and movement based.

A. Yes, and while you’re at it, have a cup of coffee on us.

A. Of course! The first visit is complimentary as a way to say thank you.

A. While we do not offer one on one personal training, all of our training and classes are conducted in a group setting led by a qualified and certified Group Exercise Instructor.
